Calm Courage is a nurturing 5-week coaching program crafted to provide solace and empowerment for individuals grappling with anxiety, pain, and stress. Rooted in evidence-based practices, this program delicately combines education and coaching to foster understanding and healing. Participants are gently guided through a journey of self-discovery, equipping them with tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

This program offers support to design your goals and put them into place in a framework that will offer you extra support from a group of like-minded heart center folks who understand. You will learn how to create change in your own life around areas where you feel less confident or unsure of yourself. Then place into action while offering and gaining support. This will be a nurturing and collaborative space where together we can each individually start living our lives fully.

  • In this accelerated coaching program you will receive: five 1:1 Virtual Coaching sessions (60 min) with Amy, Five Group Zoom calls (60 min) with your fellow Calm Confidence members, a Calm Confidence Workbook; and weekly program education (see weekly program focus below).
